Here you see the inside accent line has been routered out. I used a 3/8" carbide tip round nose bit. This is all done freehand. Just this part took about 2 hours. I do all the verticle lines first, pulling the router towards me. I stop in between each line to sand off the rough edge so the router has a smooth table to slide on otherwise it binds and causes the next cut to be sloppy.
